OUR PRESIDENT AND CEO
President and CEO
Ms. Adams has over 30 years of experience as an executive and program manager. Her experience includes managing business development and technical delivery teams responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars. Her experience extends to national and global program management, IDIQ acquisition management, national training development, and development and deployment of business processes designed to reduce costs and increase productivity for clients. Ms. Adams is responsible for leading her new company to a $305.7M win for persistent surveillance, an extraordinary accomplishment. But driving big business as a small is not new to Ms. Adams. As former president of ACET, she was responsible for winning multiple contracts including three large IDIQ contracts (R23G, T4, SSES NexGen, TIES) totaling over $35B in ceiling revenue. Her efforts led to wins currently totaling over $200M in annual revenue and propelled ACET from small to large business. She has exceeded achieving both revenue and profit targets for Bravura, ACET and her previous employer, Xerox. She has been awarded numerous accolades including Renaissance Woman of the Year in 2016, and International Executive of the Year in 2013.
