Account Management Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provides technical and administrative support to all Army and DoD military process foreign accounts requests within the Army Master Identity Directory (AMID) and the Identity Credential and Access Management (ICAM) Portal. AMID supports Sponsorship to a small population of users within the directory. All users holding a DEERS/RAPIDS issued CAC (that are non-Foreign Military) will get a new account in AMID. Troubleshooting problems faced by the end-users of AMID by identifying issues and analyzing them. Receives trouble tickets raised by users through emails, telephones, or in-person, as they are the single point-of-contact for any organization, handles these issues independently. Account Management Specialist Support services shall include, but not limited to, the following areas: Communicates with non-IT people within or outside the Army organization. Handle issues independently and alongside the AMID technical team. Reviews the users’ records, keep users informed about the status of their tickets/requests, and confirms the resolution of client issues. Creates appropriate support documentation in a bid to help all users quickly troubleshoot all of their problems. Reviews and process foreign account requests through Portal console. Researches and responds to foreign account Request For Information. Reviews and implements memoranda of understanding and agreement for services. Provides support to disaster recovery re-engineering efforts. Provides single point of contact for customers to obtain technical support. Creates appropriate support documentation in a bid to help all users quickly troubleshoot all of their problems.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience: 3+ yrs. exp. working with the Army Master Identity Directory (AMID) and Identity Credential and Access Management (ICAM) portal; customer service/helpdesk exp. (desired)

 

Education/Certifications:

Bachelor's degree

 

Clearance Level:

Secret/T3
