LOCATION: Fort Belvoir, VA
Responds electronically to customer generated feedback regarding the design and functionality of the Army Enterprise Knowledge Portal and in particular, the Communities module. Follows through with inquiries, requests, and complaints. Forwards difficult and non-routine inquiries or requests to appropriate level for resolution. Conducts face to face coordination with customers to assist them in building out and ultimately launching their Community site. Prepares for monthly Communities Town Hall events to include scheduling of conference rooms, preparing agendas, presentations, meeting minutes, talking scripts, posting Town Hall announcements and questions and answers on the new Army Enterprise Portal, creating training videos, coordinating with Adobe, etc. Exercises exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Creates flyers and other training materials to conduct effective outreach and educate the user community. Coordinates communication meetings and/or training events with organizations requesting specialized assistance. Creates fresh content and coordinates content development for the new Army Enterprise portal on a continuing basis. Coordinates and schedules social media posts and dissemination of information through various online tools and social media communication outlets. Develops and maintains documentation that will serve as a reference or guide for users while they are utilizing the new Army Enterprise Knowledge Portal. (i.e., FAQ, Users Guide, Known Issues, etc.) Monitors the service provider sprint release schedule and develops content to enhance the user experience. Tracks and monitors ‘user facing’ development tickets in JIRA and prepares the business justification to support the development effort. Updates content to reflect the latest functionality of the new Army Enterprise Knowledge Portal.
