LOCATION: Fort Belvoir, VA
Onboards and sustains Army users on the SharePoint platform provided by DISA. Works with stakeholders to influence and ensure all Army requirements are met. Serves as liaison between Army organizations, DISA, third party vendors, and help desks (Army, DISA). Develops and maintains training materials and transition documentation. Provides information to customers on the status of the service to include system outages and configuration updates. Develops reports, documents, newsletters, top 5s, executive summaries, meeting minutes. Serves as the On-site Lead, Technical Support, and High-Level Site Collection Administration SME. Acts as the Army’s Site Collection Administrator which manages multiple settings that apply to all the Army’s site collections, including the management of roles, permissions, storage allocation, and workflows. Acts as the technical liaison between Army users and all other Army stakeholders that utilize the ECMCS. Contributes to and develops technical and training documentation for the ECMCS. Provides technical input to reports, documents, executive summaries, meeting minutes. Manages ECMCS Info Site and ECMCS content on milSuite Page. Serves as Request for Change (RFC) POC.
Experience: 5+ yrs. exp. working with SharePoint; ECMCS exp. (desired)
