LOCATION: Norfolk, VA
Serve as Senior Help Desk support for Commercial Travel Reservations. Serve on team to support 24x7 call center, which offers non-stop help desk operations to users of the Defense Travel System (DTS). Offer customer outreach services; problem identification and resolution; creation of system problem reports; release, acceptance, and regression testing for DTS releases; and sustainment activities as needed. Candidate must possess a technical understanding of the Defense Travel System (DTS) to provide problem report support. Candidate must also have experience in problem identification, work arounds, requirements, and testing of resolutions, as well as subject matter expertise in support of Defense Travel conferences.
3+ years of experience with personnel management, human resources, scheduling, and staffing; 5+ years of experience managing customer outreach programs; 15+ years of experience in management of commercial travel offices; 9+ years of experience using Sabre, Apollo, and Worldspan global distribution systems.
