LOCATION: Redstone Arsenal, AL
VTC management: scheduling, verifying and monitoring all JWICS VTCs, de-conflicting teleconference schedules and conducting installation and testing of VTC and VOIP equipment at Customer HQ and subordinate commands. Assist with VTC process development and sustainment Customer-wide. Travel Customer-wide to conduct end point system VTC installations. Provide basic user VTC training, daily and weekly status updates. Conduct a weekly meeting with Government IT representatives to discuss and obtain approval for any potential changes to the organization’s VTC baseline.
7+ years of experience in AV/VTC support
