Job Description:

Perform Information Assurance services, hardware support, software support and user management throughout the client’s enterprise and HQ locations. Provide Intelligence Desktop Support by setting up, configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting and performing information assurance for intelligence training computers. Set up, configure, maintain, troubleshoot and perform information assurance for intelligence printers and scanners. Set up, configure, maintain, troubleshoot and perform information assurance for intelligence physical and virtual servers. Provide user support to include responding to user requests; troubleshooting user issues; enabling, maintaining and disabling user accounts & permissions; technical assistance with computer based training; technical assistance with remote systems; coordinating with Command, control, communications and computers for information management (C4IM) service providers. Perform system administration duties on classified communications support IT equipment, both on desktop and server. Duties include moving & setting up computers, updating operating system & software, user management, license management, assisting users in new user processes, printer configuration, troubleshooting equipment, managing physical maintenance of equipment. Monitor operational health of the workstations, servers, printers and other equipment. Administer user permissions, backups, security updates, security monitoring. Ensure that safeguards are in place at all times to protect sensitive information. Support IA compliance and apply Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) to properly configure hardware and software.


REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Certifications:

CompTIA Security Plus (Sec+) certification; Minimum of 5 years of experience in classified IT services and networking.


Clearance Level:
TS/SCI
