LOCATION: Fort Gordon, GA

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Oversees Capabilities Service Desk team. Ensure appropriate coverage to maintain 24x7x365 operations of service desk capabilities. Support incident response and problem resolution for all common IT within the command. Support creation of reports and deliverables related to Service Desk capabilities.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

5+ yrs. of exp.; 2+ yrs. exp. managing team of help desk professionals, preferably in DoD environment

 

Education/Certifications:

IT Level II, IAT Level II

 

Clearance Level:

TS/SCI, MADO Validation
