LOCATION: Hurlburt Field, FL

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide systems administration and IT maintenance activities as required to support 24/7/365 operations. Administration and maintenance activities of SGIP and SIE systems includes: provide first-tier support to end-users for PC, server, mainframe applications and hardware; interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems; simulate or recreating user problems to resolve operating difficulties and/or errors; recommend systems modifications to reduce user problems; assist with CERP cycle rollouts; and refer more complex problems to intermediate and/or senior level as required. Requires experience in SW/HW Troubleshooting; MS Windows Client; MS Office; Network Infrastructure Cabling (Fiber/Copper).

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Required Experience: 2+ yrs. of exp.
SW/HW Troubleshooting; MS Windows Client; MS Office; Network Infrastructure Cabling (Fiber/Copper).

 

Desired Experience: AIDE (w/in 30 days of hire); GD-MS MAAS (w/in 60 days); FMV Principles; MS Windows Server; MS Directory Services Administration; MS SQL Server; MS Group Policy; MS DNS; MS DHCP; MS SCCM; MS Hyper-V; MS Failover Cluster Manager; MS Visio; VMWare Vcenter/Vsphere; Netapp Ontap; Cisco Catalyst/Nexus IOS Configuration; Disaster Recovery Procedures; CDS; HBSS; IA/Security (RMF); Cisco VTC Administration; AV Systems Design/Integration; AV Systems Administration; Crestron Programming; Crestron Toolbox; Netzoom; Life Cycle Systems Management; Equipment Shipping/Logistics; Documentation Control/Creation; Database Management (SQL); Scripting (Java, Go, Bash); and Middleware (Elasticsearch, Pgpool).

 

Education/Certifications:

IAT Level II cert (required); 4-yr degree relative to position (desired); Linux, Netapp Ontap NCDA, and ITIL certs (desired)

 

Clearance Level:

TS/SCI, (TS)
