Knowledge Manager/Trainer/SharePoint Subject Matter Expert

LOCATION: Fort Bragg, NC



Provide subject matter expertise for collaborative tools, including but not limited to: milSuite, SharePoint, MS Office applications, MS Power Business Intelligence, Strategic Management System, Defense Connect Services, Task Management Tool, Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format, All Partners Access Network, and Adobe Connect. Demonstrate proficiency in all collaborative systems to support documentation. Assist in the execution of a monthly KM Forum with Gov't Customer, including development of agenda and training materials. Provide recommendations, guidance, and advice to Gov't staff on content management techniques to improve operations in support of the leader decision making process. Establish a training program to ensure that personnel sustain qualification on all systems, applications, and processes as updates are made and versions change. Assist updating the Customer's SharePoint Governance with Customer approval. Recommend adjustments to KM training strategy. Update and maintain applicable KM SOPs and Governances with Gov't approval. Update and maintain knowledge assessment plan. Provide input and information to assist with update of existing Organizational Change Plan.



Minimum of six (6) years’ experience in content management and its application across digital and non-digital platforms; six (6) years’ experience in working with MS Office and SharePoint in a DOD Environment and HTML; four (4) years’ experience working in a DOD Staff leadership position; minimum of two (2) years’ of formal KM experience; and a minimum of two (2) years’ teaching and/or instruction experience



Must have a working knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and C#.Minimum of an Associate’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) field and have completed a formal course of instruction in KM; IAT Level II (Security+) - recommended


Clearance Level: Secret
