TITLE:
Process, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) Subject Matter Expert (SME)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide subject matter expertise for the client’s PED initiatives as outlined by the DA/G2 Executive Order (EXORD). The subject matter expertise shall demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the Army’s PED Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR). Coordinate with all client PED reach sites to identify training and operational requirements. Work with the classified communications branch to identify lifecycle replacement, communications exercises, and emerging solutions. Communicate with higher and adjacent commands through in-process reviews (IPR) to report training and readiness metrics of units and sites once reporting criteria is approved by the client Operations Officer. Provide program support to meet the ARH, DA/G2 and FORSCOM readiness objectives. Conduct analysis, development, integration, and testing to identify and emerging PED analytic capabilities from industry, Government, and academia. Refine, enhance, and transform intelligence PED capabilities across the client’s units. Assist in configuration management for Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)-hosted solutions and leverage Activities Based Intelligence (ABI), Structured Object Management (SOM), and Object Based Production (OBP).
