JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Description: Serve as primary point of contact for all contractual actions to and from the COR. Have overall responsibility for the successful performance of the task order across all PWS areas, including management of contract personnel (administration, life support (Kuwait), Contractor conduct/discipline, etc.), Customer daily network and systems administration operations and help desk support. Be proactive in developing and implementing Government approved strategies that significantly reduce network/system risk. Be considered a technical resource in addressing contractual requirements to meet mission needs. Keep abreast and maintain a strong knowledge of emerging technologies trends and practices. Demonstrate an understanding of the Customer's mission needs in order to provide the required technical guidance and understanding in addressing contractual requirements. Clearly communicate all issues to the customer to meet the required satisfaction standards and actively monitor the Customer’s satisfaction. Must have extensive knowledge in areas of IT to include ITIL-Foundation, VMware, System Administration and Information Assurance.
REQUIREMENTS:
3 years of experience as a Program Manager
Education/Certifications: 4-year college degree in management; experience in ITIL-Foundation, VMware, System Administration, and Information Assurance; IT Level 1; IAT Level II; Computing Environment (CE) certifications
Clearance Level:
Top Secret with SSBI
