LOCATION: Albuquerque, NM
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Serve as central point of accountability and responsibility for all of the tasks performed under this contract. Perform business activities and tasks necessary
to perform all Task Areas effectively and efficiently. Program and project management activities include, but are not limited to, personnel direction,
budget tracking, Purchase Request processing, business process improvement, project planning, staff resourcing and scheduling, project control and
accountability, and project risk analysis and mitigation strategies.
REQUIREMENTS:
Years of Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of IT Program Management experience is required within the last 5 years. IT Program Manager experience within the federal government environment is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience performing IT/Telecommunications requirements that directly supports military or civilian law enforcement operations. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, able to train and manage other team members. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to technical and nontechnical Federal and Contractor personnel.
Education/Certifications:
Relevant technical and industry certifications (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)) or show ability to obtain within 6 months of the Task Order's award.
Clearance Level:
DOE Level “Q” (comparable to DoD TS/SCI)
