Quality Assurance Specialist - Cyber Policy and Procedure

LOCATION: Fort Belvoir, VA

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Supply quality assurance expertise in the development and revisions of cybersecurity/IA policies and procedures to ensure they align with technology advancements, statutory and regulatory requirements. Assist task leads in ensuring Army cybersecurity equities are addressed in information technology matters and coordinate with Army, other Services, DoD and or Federal Agencies. Must be well versed in cybersecurity policy at the DoD, Joint Staff and Federal levels in order to assist in drafting Army cybersecurity procedures. Must have extensive knowledge of the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) system. Support Army customers in drafting and submitting Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and completing privacy impact overlays for their systems, including drafting policy and procedures, responding to command queries, attending meetings to represent Customer position on solutions, and reviewing requests for PIAs. Assess Cybersecurity/IA needs and reporting, which encompasses, managing and organizing data sufficiently to report proposed actionable changes. Provide support to reviews of products on the Unified Capabilities Approved Product List (UC APL). Provide technical support to the Government in the incorporation of policy into appropriate regulations and pamphlets and in drafting, reviewing, revising, and delivering Cybersecurity/IA policy documents to the Cybersecurity Directorate.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience: 5+ yrs. exp

 

Education/Certifications:

IAT Level II or IAM Level I

 

Clearance Level:

Top Secret/T5
