LOCATION: Fort Huachuca, AZ



Create, review, and update documents, evaluation plans and matrices, and provide status reports. Develop charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams that identify trends to assist in the analysis of capability problems. Draft, write, edit, proofread, and provide comments before publication for manuals, briefs, instructional materials, catalogs, technical publications, and software and hardware documentation. Support the Industry Engagement Program by maintaining the Industry Engagement website and database, provide information paper, maintaining record of all meetings with industry partners, assisting the industry partners with the NETCOM Industry Engagement process, coordinating and scheduling vendors’ briefings/presentations, and assist the Government in staying abreast of the latest technology and advanced equipment and systems to satisfy unique Army requirements. Draft, review, and track changes to applicable documentation such as Concept of Operations (CONOPS), System Design Plans (SDP), Interim Authority to Test (IATT), Interim Authority to Operate (IATO), Authority to Operate (ATO), Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Services (eMASS), Evaluation Plans, Weekly Situational Reports (SITREP) and Enterprise Technical Procedures (ETP). Draft Requirements Documents (Functional and Operational and configuration management plans for Government approval. Create, review, and provide comments for Government consideration on Army and Joint documentation, to include doctrine, concepts, information papers, decision papers, and position papers related to NETCOM Enterprise initiatives. Draft executive summaries and significant activity reports. Develop briefings, charts, technical papers, ad-hoc and recurring reports, spreadsheets, diagrams, In-progress reviews (IPRs) and other written documentation and graphical material. Prepare a draft Risk Management Plan of NETCOM G5 Enterprise initiatives for Government approval and assist the Government in implementing it. Facilitate information exchanges, such as In Progress Reviews (IPR), working group, teleconferences, and technology exchange forums. Assist the Government in developing strategy sessions, strategic assessments, and reviewing new capabilities.
