JOB DESCRIPTION:
Administer intelligence formal training program scheduling for officer, enlisted, government civilian, and contractor personnel. Coordinate and schedule intelligence personnel training to include formal military schools, national agency courses, joint service schools, mobile training teams, and civilian instruction. Coordinate intelligence formal course quota allocation multiple training division. Coordinate officer/enlisted/government civilian quota utilization with the organization’s Training Squadron. Coordinate and submit annual Mission Readiness Training Program (MRTP) data call to the Personnel Center and Educations Operations division. Serve as registrar for Intelligence Formal Training Unit at Hurlburt Field. Coordinate student names and class dates with wing and group training. Submit training requests personnel center, obtain training line numbers (TLN) for each student. Provide student clearance status to the Intelligence Formal Training Unit staff, and schedule SSO read ins, as required. Administer ancillary training, tracking over a dozen computer-based training (CBT) lessons for all personnel.
REQUIREMENTS:
Years of Experience: Minimum 10 years hands-on experience managing a Formal Training Program out of the last 12 years.
Must fully comprehend the duties of a Formal Training Requirements Advisor.
Additional years of general experience in the fields of Training and Education highly desired.
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of additional experience managing a Formal Training Program (desired)
