JOB DESCRIPTION:
Perform intermediate level SIGINT analysis in support of Special Operations mission regional and point analysis with detailed analysis products to support Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, and analyze targeting methodology. Integrate National Intelligence Community’s collection, reporting, and analysis capabilities into the planning, threat analysis, targeting, and assessment processes in support of joint SOF and coalition operations. Facilitate cross queuing of multiple national-level assets within the Intelligence Community. Assist the Government to define, document, and formalize SIGINT analysis and reporting processes within Customer’s operational environment. Documentation assistance includes the development of CONOPs, Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), United States Signal Intelligence Directives (USSID) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Operate current and future PED SIGINT/ELINT tools (e.g., IBS, NSANet, SILENT DAGGER, GALE, IMOM, ASSET, and tactical terminals) and train Government personnel. Liaise with internal and external SIGINT organizations to plan, execute, and coordinate issues related to SIGINT PED. Must have experience with operational and tactical level intelligence; to include general experience in the fields of signals intelligence analysis, IC intelligence systems, and National Security Agency (NSA) systems with demonstrated experience effectively managing intelligence teams. Must possess and maintain a positively adjudicated and current polygraph. Must be proficient using NSANet, GALE, IMOM, ASSET, IBS, and ELINT equipment, software, and databases.
