HUMINT Collection Advisor (Level 3)

LOCATION: Hurlburt Field, FL

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide support by incorporating Human Geography/Socio-cultural knowledge in the development of the Intelligence Preparation of the Environment (IPOE) by leveraging requirements, methodologies, tradecraft, and activities within the Intelligence Community (IC). Provide analytic support, guidance, and tradecraft through knowledge capture, sharing and learning. Help establish validated, submitted, and tasked Human Domain requirements in accordance with (IAW) the Defense Intelligence Analysis Program (DIAP) as Customer’s Human Domain Initiative fulfills its obligation to the Command, Subordinate Units, and the National Intelligence Community. Must possess and maintain a positively adjudicated and current polygraph. Must be proficient on the HUMINT Online Tasking and Reporting (HOTR) system and database.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Years of Experience: Minimum 10 years hands-on experience in incorporating Human Geography/Socio-cultural knowledge in the development of the Intelligence Preparation of the Environment (IPOE) by leveraging requirements, methodologies, tradecraft, and activities out of the last 12 years.

Must fully comprehend the duties of an HUMINT Collection Advisor.

Additional years of general experience in the field of HUMINT analysis and product development highly desired.

 

Education/Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of additional experience incorporating Human Geography/Socio-cultural knowledge in the development of the Intelligence Preparation of the Environment (IPOE) by leveraging requirements, methodologies, tradecraft, and activities (desired)

 

Clearance Level:

TS/SCI
