LOCATION: Hurlburt Field, FL
Provide support by executing monthly Individual Mobilization Augmentee (IMA) contact to ensure good recall procedures and meet IMA mission essential task. Monitor and facilitate IMA deployment preparations. Assist with IMA Officer Performance Report (OPR) and Enlisted Performance Report (EPR) management, Command Man-Day Allocation System (CMAS) coordination, IMA and Traditional Reservist (TR) orders validation, and Unit Training Assembly Processing System (UTAPS) approvals for IMA Inactive Duty Training (IDT) scheduling. Assist with Processing Form 1288s for hires and releases, Form 2096s, and IMA duty information worksheets. Update IMA recall rosters, process volunteer IMA deployment documents, manage MPA day account, and monitor IMA formal training requests. Should be proficient using CMAS and UTAPS systems and software.
Years of Experience: Minimum 10 years hands-on experience managing Air Force Reserves requirements out of the last 12 years.
Must fully comprehend the duties of an IMA/Reserve Component Advisor.
Additional years of general experience in the field of Air Force Reserve Forces management highly desired.
