Provide operational support of DMEA unclassified and classified secret IT systems. Support includes but is not limited to monitoring, incident response, maintenance, patching, and compliance on all DMEA unclassified and classified secret information systems. Meet DMEA established service level metrics. Provide configuration management support. Test, deploy, and maintain all DMEA approved software. Apply STIGs, updates, and patches following established DMEA processes and within designated timelines. Follow all DMEA change management and engineering review processes. Ensure changes are completed according to the project schedule. Document incidents using the DMEA ticket tracking system. Create and publish knowledge base articles when applicable. Operate, maintain, and optimize all production IT systems to include but not limited to devices such as printers, network print queues, scanners, copiers, and fax devices. Coordinate with engineering and developers for system redesigns and submit recommendations to the DMEA IT leadership. Identify, troubleshoot, remediate, and document and perform and after-action review (AAR) for all system outages. Utilize desktop remote tools to analyze and resolve enterprise issues and outages. Create, test, and prepare for deploying the standard DMEA images for all DMEA workstations. Work as part of IT project teams and perform project related tasks. Monitor logs and automated systems for DMEA IT system outages and incidents and initiate incident response procedures. Coordinate equipment repair and services for all agency imaging (printing, scanning, copying, and fax devices), monitor the automated system that reports status, needs and usage trends on regular basis and act as needed. Monitor and analyze usage of all DMEA print devices and make recommendations to maximize efficiency and decrease print costs. Maintain existing and when required create new SOPs in support of this objective. Support back-up and restoration services utilizing the DMEA backup system(s). Implement DoD security enhancements to include but not limited to Public key Infrastructure (PKI) to all assigned systems. Implement DoD trained Registration Authorities (RAs), Local Registration Authorities (LRAs) and Key Recovery Agents (KRAs) to manage the organizations PKI program which includes but is not limited to the approving, suspending, recovering, and revoking of DoD certificates. Coordinate with Tier 1 and Tier 2 for all system, development, and software changes impacting end user support and update help desk SOPs as appropriate. Utilize desktop remote admin tools to analyze and resolve workstation and server issues. Provide support for specific requests for information (including, but not limited to, Freedom of Information Act requests) by searching, locating, retrieving, and delivering records and information by following established procedures and security protocols that protect the integrity and confidentiality of information. Perform network design, development, implementation, and sustainment for DMEA IT systems. Provide network design; network policy dissemination; performance monitoring and fault management which includes networks, servers, applications and force generation databases; collection of operational performance statistics; data analysis; identification of potential problems and recommendation of engineering solutions for these problems; network architecture design and development of implementation options in conformance with specified guidelines; network engineering for Internet protocol (IP) convergence and integrated Unified Capabilities (UC), Cloud services, voice, data and video communications systems; network technologies and Mobility capabilities; and review and update of system and network management CONOPS. Provide provision of a control point to resolve and implement local area network (LAN) configuration issues and equipment hookups; analysis, isolation and coordination of corrective action for communications related problems; configuration of communications equipment to satisfy specific test bed requirements of the user; and provision of networking capability for customers to ensure customers are isolated from each other to prevent unintentional harmful actions of one customer from impacting other customers.

Be certified as IAT Level II per DoD 8570.01-M guidance for Baseline certifications. Be able to obtain a task order related computing environment system certifications IAW DoD 8570.01-M guidance for computing environment certifications and DMEA policy.
