LOCATION: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD
Provide current SharePoint Administration to include but not limited to 2013, 2016, 2019, and Online. Provide current SQL Server Administration to include but not limited to 2014/2016/2019. Monitor Windows and SQL Cluster’s performance, manage SharePoint development, quality assurance and staging servers. Provide SharePoint environment planning, deployment, and operational support. Identify hardware and software issues for SharePoint and SQL servers and work with server admins to implement proper patches and updates. Install and configure SharePoint servers. Perform server/database migration between various SharePoint servers (2013/2016/2019, Online). Work with developers to deploy custom applications and solutions to production and pre-production environments. Coordinate with network services for Backup and Disaster Recovery plan for SharePoint environments, and verify testing of recovery plan. Provide support to development team in server management, scripting, and access control. Maintain continuity of Web, SharePoint & SQL servers. Satisfy all relevant Army clearances and training certifications. Participate in Change Management Control as required and submit Request for Change IAW CBC G-6 policy. Participate in the RMF process, when necessary, and provide applicable artifacts and hardening. Ensure STIG checklists and associated artifacts for all technologies are reviewed and validation results are posted to CBC G6's STIG portal every 6 months. Track responsible tasks using Azure DevOps or current system. Manage the assigned branch’s service tickets and respond accordingly using the metrics provided in the PWS.
