Supports Capabilities Service Desk - Incident Response and Problem Resolution. Provide second-tier service desk support to end-users for PC, server, mainframe applications, and hardware. Help desk available for 24x7x365 coverage.

IT Level II, IAT Level II
Clearance Level:
TS/SCI, MADO Validation
