Operational Liaison/Task Lead [KEY]

LOCATION: Hurlburt Field, FL

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the contractor workforce, and report to the contract Site Lead. Conduct contractor supervisory and promotion interviews to ensure leadership is in place to manage the contractor workforce. Ensure all employees complete required government and company training on time or ahead of schedule. Monitor employee time charging and ensures timecards are accurate and on time. Serve as liaison between senior military/government leadership and contractors on task, and manage contractor movements within the program. Oversee contractor disciplinary actions and coordinate actions with the Site Lead, as appropriate. Manage corporate administrative requirements and operational scheduling for contractors. Coordinate and manage new contractor in processing; to include, reporting instructions, base passes, CAC cards, ancillary training, timecard training, and class scheduling. Coordinate alternate work location requirements, additional training, or alternate duty schedules with COR/ACOR and Site Lead.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Years of Experience: Minimum 10 years hands-on intelligence analysis and production experience out of the last 12 years.

Must fully comprehend the duties of a Task Lead.

Additional years of general experience in the fields of intelligence analysis highly desired.

 

Education/Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of additional experience supporting Air Force and Special Operations intelligence personnel management (desired)

 

Clearance Level:

TS/SCI
