LOCATION: Albuquerque, NM
Support the C5B federal staff in the implementation and improvement of IT business processes including but not limited to configuration management, customer service, and change management based on recognized best practices, such as (but not limited to) CMMI or ITIL. Submit project plans, including cost, schedule, resource requirements and risk analysis/mitigations in accordance with the due dates agreed upon between the Contractor and the OST. The project plan’s level of detail will be appropriate to the complexity, length and risk involved in the project. Effectively manage contractor resources and implement project control measures across multiple projects in coordination with the COR. Submit the quantity/frequency of each activity/output performed in its monthly summary report by work breakdown structure as specified in this PWS.

PMI certification desired; BA/BS or MA/MS
DOE Level “Q” (comparable to DoD TS/SCI)
