LOCATION: Hurlburt Field, FL
Provide support by incorporating Publicly Available Information (PAI) knowledge in the development of the Intelligence Preparation of the Environment (IPOE) by leveraging requirements, methodologies, tradecraft, and activities within the Intelligence Community (IC). Provide analytic support, guidance, and tradecraft through knowledge capture, sharing, and learning. Conduct PAI research and OSINT collection/analysis in support of command priority intelligence requirements (PIR) and Requests for Information (RFI). Establish, refine, and respond to validated, submitted, and tasked PAI/OSINT requirements in accordance with (IAW) the Defense Intelligence Analysis Program (DIAP). Participate in OSINT/PAI communities of practice via VTCs, working groups, conferences, etc., to establish professional relationships in support of Customer requirements. Work with other analysts to provide final products, to include, both classified and unclassified information and intelligence. Identify requirements for the application of PAI/OSINT to unique missions, to include, PED, FID, STS, Information Ops, etc. Support PAI tools evaluation, briefings, policy, and CONOPS development.
Years of Experience: Minimum 10 years hands-on experience on matters related to incorporating PAI knowledge in the development of the Intelligence Preparation of the Environment (IPOE) by leveraging requirements, methodologies, tradecraft, and activities out of the last 12 years.
Must fully comprehend the duties of a Publicly Available Information Analyst.
Should have a minimum of 8 years operational experience in PAI analysis.
Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of additional experience in PAI analysis and production (desired)
