LOCATION: McClellan Park, CA
Perform technical and management functions during the course of this task order and report the status of their effort towards achieving the task order objectives, including primary technical activities and efforts, problems/deficiencies, impacts, and recommended solutions. Support Technical Interface Meetings, as necessary. Provide project management for the task order. Assist in managing the contract and ensuring that technical solutions and schedules are implemented within time constraints. Oversee the work of the technical personnel supporting the program. Provide enterprise architecture services and directly support the Government Enterprise Architect. Create and maintain DoD architecture frameworks, requirements analysis and solution design, and strategic planning. Develop and maintain the unclassified Enterprise Architecture (application, data, infrastructure, security, technical, and business architectures), Technical Reference Model (TRM), EA Roadmap and associated vision, strategy, and implementation documentation in accordance with Federal and DoD regulations, guidelines and policies as well as industry best practices. Develop and maintain the DoD Architecture Framework Version 2.02 models and views for unclassified environment. Familiarity with Erwin EA is a plus. Coordinate with the IT branch and project manager to conduct business needs analysis activities. Define, develop, implement, manage, and maintain EA methodologies, standards, tools/repositories, standard operating procedures (SOPs) in support of this objective, related processes, and reporting mechanisms. Manage, implement, and maintain the Change Control Process, including support of the Change Control Board and EA Review Board meetings. Establish and implement a plan to support the management, assessment, enhancement, and/or maintenance of vendor support and enterprise-wide maintenance agreements.
Years of Experience: 10+ yrs.
Be certified as IAT Level II per DoD 8570.01-M guidance for Baseline certifications. Be able to obtain a task order related computing environment system certifications IAW DoD 8570.01-M guidance for computing environment certifications and DMEA policy.
