LOCATION: Hurlburt Field, FL
Provide the government’s SIGINT Oversight Manager subject matter expertise on SIGINT analysis in support of Special Operations mission regional and point analysis with detailed analysis products to support Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, and analyze targeting methodology. Advise on integrating National Intelligence Community’s collection, reporting, and analysis capabilities into the planning, threat analysis, targeting, and assessment processes in support of joint SOF and coalition operations. Advise on cross queuing of multiple national-level assets within the Intelligence Community. Assist the Government to define, document, and formalize SIGINT analysis and reporting processes within Customer’s operational environment. Documentation assistance includes the development of CONOPs, Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), United States Signal Intelligence Directives (USSID) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Operate and trains Government personnel on current and future PED SIGINT/ELINT tools (e.g., IBS, NSANet, SILENT DAGGER, GALE, IMOM, ASSET, and tactical terminals). Liaises with internal and external SIGINT organizations to plan, execute, and coordinate issues related to SIGINT PED. Must possess and maintain a positively adjudicated and current polygraph. Must be proficient using NSANet. Must be familiar with GALE, IMOM, ASSET, IBS, and ELINT equipment, software, and databases.
Years of Experience: Minimum 10 years hands-on SIGINT analysis and production experience out of the last 12 years.
Must fully comprehend the duties of a SIGINT Advisor.
Additional years of general experience in the fields of SIGINT analysis highly desired.
Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of additional experience supporting SIGINT analysis and productions missions (desired)
