Perform Information and Technology Requirements Analysis and Engineering activities to improve applications, services or infrastructure capabilities, reliability or performance. Support Application design and development activities to improve applications, services, or infrastructure capabilities, reliability, or performance. Perform requirements analysis and engineering activities to identify and organize operational or business functions that an application must be designed to support. Perform mission needs identification and analysis within the schedule agreed upon by the Contractor and the COR or technical designee. Develop accurate and measurable criteria that support test and evaluation of application performance, validation that requirements were met and traceability of requirements application features and capabilities. Evaluate and test fielded applications to verify and validate that the application meets the functional and non-functional requirements and technical specifications. Ensure that evaluation and testing activities are completed within schedule agreed upon by the Contractor and the COR. Perform various application development activities from initial system concept to the fielding of the production systems, including conceptual design, development, prototyping, testing, installation, and related quality assurance measures. Perform support services, including reengineering, GOTS/COTS software integration, and system interfaces for all aspects of development within established schedule and costs.
