Perform Operation, Administration and Maintenance (OA&M) activities to sustain C5 applications, systems, and infrastructure. Perform OA&M activities in support of assigned (existing and future) applications and systems. Perform OA&M activities to operate, maintain and administer reliable, trusted and secure data, applications, systems and networks, including but not limited to the hardware and software aspects of (1) servers; (2) clients and other network endpoints (e.g., printers); and (3) network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls; and, (4) specialized technology such as PBX equipment, mobile radios, telephones, video and audio switches, and cabling/wiring. Perform OA&M activities that include but are not limited to configuration management for software and hardware, network and system performance monitoring, server and client administration, operating system updates, data backups, router/switch/firewall administration, business continuity plan testing and execution, database and application administration, user account administration, and hardware troubleshooting, replacement and upgrades, end user support and records management. Monitor system and network performance in accordance with performance monitoring procedures agreed upon by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) or technical designee and the Contractor, and the Contractor shall report deficiencies and anomalies, and recommend corrective actions to the COR or technical designee. Report recommended corrective action(s) to performance problems and deficiencies to OST systems subject to performance monitoring within 24 hours of detection.
