Unified Capabilities Program Analyst

LOCATION: Fort Belvoir, VA



Conducts stakeholder management, including customer and vendor relationship-building through weekly teleconferences, continuous collaboration, and program status reviews. Provides daily and weekly updates of the project execution, prepares spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations of ongoing and future efforts. Manages and tracks milestones, schedules, action items, compile packages, and coordinates major briefing events to senior leaders. Defines, plans, tracks, and manages the project. Coordinates interactions with customers and users, and generally keeps the project team focused on the right goal(s) ensuring the project is on track. Provides management of any required project artifacts/deliverables such as: updates of the project plan, weekly status reporting, and risk updates. Manages project risks, maintain the Risk Management Plan and Risk Matrix/Register. Develops and maintains reoccurring and ad hoc meeting slides, status reports, monthly PMRs, staff call updates, TOP Five, action items, and other reports. Leads configuration management activities to include supporting the development and maintenance of configuration management plans and processes. Performs basic SharePoint administration and reporting. Captures meeting minutes. Tracks, manages, and maintains project action items from various forums. Anticipates problems, develops sound solutions and action plans to ensure program/mission accomplishment.



Experience: 5+ yrs. exp. in program management, technical or business analysis for specialized disciplines (engineering, computer. sci., etc.)
