US SCSS Provisioning/User Engagement Support

LOCATION: Fort Belvoir, VA



Manages user onboarding, account provisioning, site readiness, and communications of the UC SCSS. Coordinates the development of reoccurring user lists to support account provisioning and de-provisioning. Coordinates the development of distribution lists for onboarding communications. Coordinates with service provider and Army Network Enterprise Centers to ensure site readiness to utilize the service. Provides status of the service roll out and identify potential risk or issues with customers. Provides data management and analysis for studies and maintain assigned projects. Reviews service level metrics and report/track deficiencies. Performs data validation and quality control checks to ensure adherence quality assurance surveillance plan (QASP). Uses data sources to identify programmatic needs. Participates in strategic planning with regards to program development. Assists with program assessments ensuring programmatic goals are well documented. Familiar with collaboration tools such as Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, etc. Provides status and maintain the fielding schedule. Offer ideas to minimize delays. Leads/conducts the reoccurring On-boarding status meeting. Troubleshoots escalated technical and service issues at the user/post/camp/station level. Resolves client configuration issues and develops strategic plans to support/sustain client baseline. Metrics/trend analysis of users and service performance to include Excel/PowerBI data visualization of those metrics/trends.



Experience: 3+yrs SCSS Provisioning/user interface; MS software suite exp. required



Bachelor's degree; MS certification desired
